More About HIIVE
The Hub for Inclusivity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship (HIIVE) is a small business resource hub focused on providing a nine-week educational curriculum and operating space opportunities at The Market at 7th Street to food and retail businesses. HIIVE intends to bolster small business skills as well as provide practical insights, networking opportunities, and real-world experiences. The resource hub prioritizes supporting small businesses owned by people of color, women, and/or veterans with the aspiration of successfully operating in Center City's unique business environment.
We were part of the first graduating class of HIIVE and were awarded a 6-month scholarship to operate at The Market rent free. This valuable opportunity is part of The Market's mission of small business incubation and supporting local entrepreneurship in Uptown Charlotte.
Event Highlights!
Every other Saturday, join us for our Custom Candle Making Joy Series. Blend scents and have fun. You leave with a yummy smelling 11oz candle uniquely yours! Newbies and Experienced makers welcomed! All materials included.
