Conceived, owned, and operated by husband and wife team Raffaele and Madison Patrizi, Mano Bella Artisan Foods embraces and hones the craft of authentic, artisanal Italian foods.

Originally from Rome, Italy, Raffaele brings with him a deeply rooted knowledge of Italian cuisine and years of experience in the kitchen. His weekly chef specials, created for Charlotte's local farmer's markets, are a showcase of his creativity and his talent.

Madison is a graduate from the University of Notre Dame's School of Architecture and brings an eye for detail and beauty to their endeavor.

Mano Bella Artisan Foods exists to fulfill a need for authentic, artisanal foods that is so often overlooked. Taking the time to make food from scratch and by hand creates a connection with that food and with one another that is priceless and so engrained in the Italian way of life.
